Complaint still not resolved after 3 months

I upgraded my 2 contracts telephonically though the Vodacom call centre in September 2013. During the telephonic discussions, no mention was made that I would be charged a device fee for both phones should I change my package to a Smart XL package and accordingly I proceeded with the upgrade and migration. When I recieved my bill the following month, I noticed that i was being charged a device fee of R70 for each cellphone. I called vodacom and lodged a query and was advised that I would receive feedback within 24 hours. This never materialised. Since then, I have called vodacom on no less than 6 occasions and have been given the run around. To this end, each agent has told me that they would escalate the query and tht someone would get back to me shortly. This never happened. The last straw is when I called today and was told that they could not assist because their systems are offline. My patients have now run out. I, together with my business, have been loyal vodacom customers for many years. I do not need this aggravation and incompetence. This was meant to be resolved within 24 hours. Its now over 3 months with no end in sight.
