Stupid People

I have to pay my account for my adsl line. I just want the banking details or the procedure how to register Telkom as a beneficiary. I have spoken toe 6 different people and not one of them can tell me how, or let me say they are trying. The one guy even put me through to a "specialized internet division" and when this division answered they said no they are the technical department, I have to speak to the accounts division again, and when he transfered me back the phone died for the 5th time. So can some one please tell me how I can pay my account via EFT. OR ARE ALL OF YOU SO STUPID THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN WIPE YOUR OWN ARSES??!!! because I will be more than happy to not pay my account you must just tell me if you want the money or not?
