I work in IT and have spent many hours on the line with Telkom.
In my numerous calls I have never spoken to someone as pleasant and courteous as Raymond from the Residential ADSL Ordering call center.
Not only did he have all the information but it was a genuine pleasure to speak to him.
If Telkom had 1 Raymond in each division what a difference would be made to the company.
I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.
