All I wanted from vodacom was just to clear my name. I called vodacom's legal department, for them to clear my name with ITC, as I have paid them the outstanding balance months back. they haven't updated their ITC. I was transferred from department to department given false information. I was even told by one agent that my account was actually in credit of R203.00, vodacom actually owed me but only to find out that's false by another agent and worst part they are from the same deprtment and also told that my account was not cancelled can this be CANCELLED.Can you please stop misleading people and giving incorrect information. Can I please have my name cleared with ITC and can I please be given a clearance letter stating that I don't owe you. this is totally unacceptable. I have been nothing but a loyal customer to vodacom for more than 10 years.
