I have been struggling with 8ta for the past 3 weeks, my 8ta contract is ending in May. I was told in Januray when i contacted 8ta they told me to contact them in April to cancel the contract as i do not want to continue with this contract. when i did that i was told to send through a letter regarding the cancellation, which i did. Now they telling me the retention department needs to contact me! its been 3 weeks now and still no feedback! I have contacted 8ta on many occaions but they fail to process with my request. Does a loyal client have to wait 3 weeks and still no feedback? I have even sent them facebook messages just to get a response or any feedback! the call centre is useless they cant even contact their retentions department when i phone! all they do is tell me they will contact me soon! I am disgusted with 8ta service and will never take a contract with them again! they will compesate me with all my effort to actually get their attention. they have pushed thus far! Please get higher management to contact me urgently with sensiable information not a apology 100 times. Actually do something about this! courtesy call or something!!
