False Advert / Out of Stock / Incorrect Info

I recently went to upgrade my contract at the Mt Edgecombe branch, and according to their records, they advised me to "port" my number from MTN to Cell C because the phone that I want is the Nokia Lumia 920 - black, which I did. When it was now time to collect the phone, Mt Edgecombe phoned head office to find out when the Black Nokia would be sent to them, now they are told that there is no stock and no ETA of when stock will be received. A black one with Cell C is advertised on head office website stating 24 hrs for delivery in major centres. When I asked, I was told that they also have no stock & no ETA. FALSE ADVERT. I eventually, after much complaining got through to Angela on the Partners desk who administer the branches, she told me that the branch would be getting stock today. I asked for her number in case I had a problem and was told I can only call the call centre. I then phoned Renita at the branch only to be told that they are not receiving the phone today. INCORRECT INFO. Now I can't call Angela back to get the correct info from her. This is extremely bad service and very very frustrating. I was fobbed of by head office instead of helping me!!!
