INCORRECT ACCOUNT STATEMENTS

I received the incorrect statement from truworth's with another client's name and account reference number on it and in response to my hello peter complaint, I was told it was handled amicably. This is false. I require a statement with my own information on it and exactly what was bought during what period. The following is incorrect. Please update?
