NO RESPONSE FROM UNISA

Last year I registered for the access program because I was told it will enable me to gain access to the qualification I want to do which is BCOM in logistics and transport, I passed all modules in the access program course and this year when I tried to register for the course I received numerous errors on the web stating that college student fail, I then decided to go to UNISA and find out what is the problem, I then got information from a UNISA official stating that I would have to do another access course called numeracy skills which was only implemented this year and that registration has closed on the 14/01/2013 now according to every document I have registration is suppose to have closed on the 25th of January 2013
Now my problem
1) I was not informed about this new course
2) I was not informed about the registration closing date
I would have been more than happy to have obliged by doing the extra module to gain access to the BCOM Logistics and transport degree, due to lack of information from UNISA this has caused a major setback for me, I would like to find out how this problem can be rectified
