BILLING NEARLY 100% MORE THAN CONTRACT

Hi,
I am extremely disappointed regarding the most recent debit order which came off my account.
I am supposed to be on a data bundle package of which I pay R200 a month for, in addition, when opening the contract, I was asked whether I would like the contract on a limit or to result to additional charges if my usage had exceeded.
When asked this, I strongly advised to make sure that it is restricted so that I only pay R200 a month for the actual contract I signed up for, in this contract is proof of the limit as well.
I have been charged R900 odd this month!!! and yes, I am extremely off!! someone needs to rectify this issue at once and I demand a refund as you do not have my permission to charge me more than R200 a month.
In addition, remove me from the debit order, I will no longer allow you guys to just have control over my funds, especially to bill me more than R700 more than the additional contract terms.
I have already went into a store at Canal Walk to report the issue, was no help at all, even emailing a Rep from the store, no reply or correspondence in more than a week!!
