I applied for a Mtn 3G uncapped lite and was told the application will take 2-24 hours. After 24 hours I phoned the store to find out on the status of the application, I was told it is still in processing and that someone of the store will contact me once the application has been approved. 48 hours lapsed when I contacted the store again and spoke to the same person Leshiba and was told... oh the deal has been approved. I asked if everything has been completed and if it is ok for me to drive in from the farm to collect the router and was told yes. I am sitting for over an hour in the store while he is trying fo activate the sim. My questions are as follow:
1. Is it Mtn's standard business practice not to follow up on a clients deal and not to keep them informed?
2. Is it standard business practice for you to tell customers that things will take 2-24hours and know that you lie?
3. I drove oved 50km to come and fetch a supposed completed deal... Is it standard business practice to tell me to please come back tommorrow after you told me that I can come in and collect?

I left the store empty handed.

I am extremely annoyed at the moment and would love to see how you respond!
