I applied for a tablet and was told I will get feedback in 48 hours. Two weeks pass and I call the call centre for progress of order. I get told there was never an application and should return to the shop. I went back. The guy who was helping me was a trainee (dreadlocked). He can't find my order and asks, I think her name is Angela and probably store manager (white lady). She says he must tell me I was declined. I asked why? He tells me "affordability". I told him that was strange and I have never been declined for credit anywhere, more especially because I have been using MTN contract for over 6 yrs. The same day I go to a different shop in Keywest (MTN). The application is done and am told I will get feedback in two hours. Two hours later, the consultant at Keywest calls me to come and collect as I have been approved. This lady is training the new recruit to to customers? I have never seen anything like that in my whole life. Terrible indeed. They didn't send my application and could have just apologized for that. Something has to be done with this lady. She is not running a spaza shop please and needs to be professional please tog.
