I have applied for credit at Coricraft and application was approved. There is a specific couch that I would like to purchase and contacted the shop and they have stock at the warehouse. I stay in Secunda. I was informed that I first need to go and activate my card in the store. I asked if they can get the couch from the warehouse to the shop then I will go and activate my card and collect the couch but NO I was told that I must first activate the card and then drive all the way to the warehouse or go straight to the warehouse and do everything there which is another 50km for me to drive and from my house to East Rand Mall is already 150km - is it SO difficult to go the extra mile for customers? is it SO difficult to get the couch to the shop for me? I get granted credit for a large amount but yet NO extra mile and the customer must do everything. I love the product and have purchased from Coricraft before but this is SO sad... I will not use my credit application and will be purchasing an even more expensive couch from a store at the East Rand Mall that is willing to go extra mile
