On the 27th of Aug I went to the Rustenburg Square MTN branch to apply for a new cellphone contract, I decided on the Samsung Galaxy XCover 2, but the following day I phoned them (spoke to Nikita) and told them that I've changed my mind and would like the Nokia 301. Nikita told me not to change my mind, she would do some research and phone me the following day to make some suggestions. No Call. The 3 Sept I drove to the MTN store again to tell them in person that I want the Nokia 301. When I walked in, she told me that the Samsung arrived... Needless to say that I told her that I did not want the Samsung and wanted the Nokia, they had to change the application. Since then, I've been phoning at least 3 times a week to follow up on my applcation. On the 11th I spoke to Ruan who said that my phone is there and I can collect, sent my husband but apparently they could not port my number. On 16 Sept I phoned to get explanation, Ruan told me that the banking details I wrote on the application was incorrect and asked for it again, I was told that it will take 24-48 hours as the entire application had to be re-done (don't know why). Still not approved, and cannot get tel numb to follow up
