Terrible Service!!!

We've got 3 contracts with Vodacom, and have been with them for years, but that is soon going to change. We reported our phone on Sunday 04 March 2013 to Vodacom, they blocked the the number and explained to us that when we do a sim swap, that we must call them to reactivate the number, which i understood, and would have done gladly. On Wednesday 06 March 2013, we went into the Kolenade to the Vodacom shop and did the sim swap, but while they where busy with us, they kept on helping other clients, at a stage the other clients and i were so confused because we were not sure to whom they were talking to, besides that, i was still busy asking questions when the lady RUDELY kept on helping other people. when she eventually spared me 5 minutes i asked her when do i call them to reactivate my line, when they told me that there was no need it automatically reactivates, later that evening i put the card in and wanted to call, and it wouldn't, that cost me time again, because the incompetent people at the shop couldn't pay attention to what was being asked of the them... This is not the first, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time that we've had terrible service from that shops staff!!!
