Terrible connectivity on Gold Unshaped no support

I signed up for a new OpenWeb account yesterday after reading many positive opinions on the MyBroadband forums and on HelloPeter. Let me preface this by emphasising that I am technically proficient and well known in the industry (I spoke at Bsides in December, for example), so I do not place blame on OpenWeb unwittingly or mistakenly. At any rate, I chose their capped Gold Unshaped accounts due to the low contention ratio and the fact that I don't need uncapped at home. Initial speed tests looked promising, but over the course of the weekend I have seen constant issues (remote servers resetting the connection after the GET request on HTTP). Switching to my old WebAfrica unshaped prepaid causes no issues, which leads me to (logically) conclude that the issue is on OpenWeb's side. Per their support page: "Our E-mail Contact Center is open Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 21:00", so I emailed their support team this morning. Whilst it has only been a few hours, I have received no reply, much to my great dismay. As a Gold customer I have no faith in their network or in their support team, and neither should you.
