Telecommunications

We called Vodacom call Centre on Saturday 23/11/2013 to do a sim swap. the consultant That answered my husbands call put him through much grieve after he explained to her that he was hijacked the night before and that he was trying to do a sim swap.

Vodacom I think your staff are unprofessional in dealing with a trauma client plus your security questions and is entirely unnecessary in a persons time of confusion.
HOW THE DO YOU EXPECT MY HUSBAND TO REMEMBER THE LAST 5 NUMBER HE CALLED. HE IS A BUSINESS MAN AND MANY PEOPLE CALL HIM THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND HE ALSO CONTACTS DIFFERENT PEOPLE ON AN HOURLY BASIS.

Then they tell him to go to a Vodashop (AS IF WE HAD TIME FOR THAT) and yet again he is put through the same of answering security questions. ALL HE WANTED WAS A SIM SWAP.

And guess what, we called MTN for the same thing and they were professional enough to understand what he had been through they were remorseful and had empathy towards his situation and state of mind he was in. I guess we'll be porting our numbers soon.

VERY UNHAPPY
Mrs. Cissoko

Thanks for putting us through that grilling experience VODACOM.
