I upgraded my cell phone contract in December 2012 to an iPhone 5 Straight-up 200. Cell C loaded the incorrect package - a Straight-up 50. After 3 e-mails & numerous phone calls to the Customer Care Call Centre to request correction of aontract type & refund of excess fees, I still haven't had any response from Cell C.
