I upgraded one of my Cell C contracts 2 months ago with the Straight Top Up 30 where you get 30 minutes and 30 sms and 30mb data. It shows me I have my 30mins left but can't phone tells me I have to recharge my account or phone the call centre to increase my limit. I can only phone Cell C users with my 30mins. But the package was never advertised as that said 30mins to any network.

Also Cell C said they going to give me 3GB data for the inconvenience they caused me also regarding a package they advertised where you get a 1000mb data but they tell you it's wrong it is 100mb. Well don't argue with me that is what the website advertised. I still have a screenshot of the package where it tells you you get a 1000mb. No one is phoneing me regarding the 3 gig.

Cell C's network is no good since I swop from vodacom last week to Cell C my calls drop have low signal. Can't take this anymore if Cell C don't rectify this I will cancell my contracts and go back to Vodacom or to Mtn. I am not going to support Cell C R800 a month and this is service I will get from them
