Telkom's lack of Action to complaint

On 28/2/2013 the line went dead, we called on 1/3/2013 and lodged a fault and was given a ref number (356CWK010313) and even received an SMS to say that it was receiving there attention, we called them on Monday and a Technician called Johnny arrived at 4-00pm did not even check anything in our offices and informed me he was awrae of teh the problem and the fault was at there office! We received an sms after a further to them on Tuesday saying that there is an open fault on the line and they were still busy with the problem.
Since then we have called and on each and every occasion they have informed us that the Fault was repaired on the 4th of march and the fault file is closed! We then lodge a fault call and so the saga continues.
I have the following problems:
1) The line is dead on our side so the fault is still there
2) They never sent us an sms to say the status if the file is closed
3) When we tried to escalate the problem they were rude to us and did not escalate it to the correct department.
4) Telkom has isolated itself entirely from it's clients
