After upgrading my to contract to a deal that had a TV set end of January, I received the phone on the same day and was told to expect delivery of the TV in 14 working days i patiently waited past the 14 working days for a delivery or call about the TV set but nothing happened so i went to enquire at the store and the consultants were also surprised i hadn't't received it, they then assisted me by calling in and finding out why i hadn't received it and was told i would receive a call as they couldn't't find my location, after a week passes i still don't receive it and i go enquire about it again when after the consultant calls in i get told i will receive it in 5 working days and i have waited past the extra 5 working days and i still don't have my tv. I just feel like i have been taken for a ride and being treated like an as i cant seem to get any response or help from anyone even the client care couldn't help me with this problem
