Non delivery of Upgrade phone & order cancelled!

I upgraded my contact on 15th April 2013 to the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini and was told I would receive within 3-7 working days (took 40 minutes of holding just to order)!
I phoned again on Wednesday 24th April-held for a further 50 minutes) and was told that the courier couldn't find my address - go figure no one bothered to phone me! However, I was told that the phone had been sent back to Jhb & someone called Brenda would call me within the next hour!). It is now 2 days later & still no phone call, but more to the point it is now 10 working days & still NO phone, nor the courtesy of a phone call.
I have now been on hold with customer care for a further 40 minutes & am now being told that its the Sales consultants problem & he must contact me as he sold me the phone. I have just spoke to a Mbali in your upgrades department, who told me the only thing they could do is re-order my phone so now I have to wait another 3-7 working days & there is nothing else she can do (Ref 1304260000059645). Seriously???!!!
