Late Delivery, Bad delivery & no response

Placed an online order on Saturday 07 Dec 2013, by Thursday 12 Dec I still haven't heard from them or received my order and i paid the express delivery fee (shipping within 2-3 working days). I sent a tweet to them and they advised that i mail help@mrprice which i did, to date no response. Called numerous times, emailed Emmilene (Supervisor) as well as Tony (manager) no response to date. Was told i would receive feedback when i called last Friday and i didnt. Called again on Tuesday and no news yet. Apparently there was an issue with the bank not releasing the money but while i was on the phone with Curt on Wednesday he said that payments assured him that the payment had been received. In that case what was the issue and why was i not informed of this delay or that the payment hadn't been released (its been deducted off my cheque acc immediately). Finally he sorted it out and said that my delivery will be with be earliest Monday 23 Dec and i really got angry and told him that it was unacceptable and if that was the case i will only receive my delivery after 14 days. He made a plan and i received it today. Dissipointed in the NO service received from Mr P and wasted my money calling
