Poor network coverage in Vredenburg (7380) area

I have made several calls and sent several emails to MTN CUstomer Services as well as MTN Technical Services regarding extremely poor network coverage within the town of Vredenburg, Western Cape, West Coast, 7380.

MTN sent a technician to my home and he told me a very bs story of my house being exactly between 2 MTN Cell-Towers as the reason for my poor signal for BIS, Data and Voice.

I tested this theory by driving closer and further from each tower and his theory failed.

I gave him my findings twice directly, first via sms and I then phoned him 2 days later, and he then changed his story and said that they will look into it further.

This was middle last year (2012) and during this winter (2013) things got worse with all the rain and bad weather and I phone them again during the beginning of July 2013 and the call-centre guy said he will "raise" the issue for investigation.

It is now 23 August 2013 and they have NOT contacted me nor have they done anything to the reported poor coverage.
All the other towns around Vredenburg have perfect network coverage but not Vredenburg!
I even lose calls halfway through because of this!

This is a form of Breach Of Contract on MTN's side!
