After a week of calling the 8ta contact centre, my issue is still not resolved, 9 days ago my 8ta line was suspended, until today no one at the contact centre can tell me WHY. Every agent i speak to says that it was done in error, up to this point i have dealt with 8 various agents and 4 varying departments at the contact centre.

I have been promised that my issue would be resolved in a matter of 24-48 hours, but instead a full 9 days later I am still having endless struggles getting my data line unsuspended.

I work for an international IT company and have my own online business, so i know what customer service is supposed to look like, and i am sad to say that 8ta has fallen very short of that. I challenge them to review the comments from their staff members on my profile and listen to the calls, as all calls are recorded.

In the interim i could not work or conclude any of my business affairs, (Thank i have other contracts with another ISP)

In the past i have praised 8ta, across the industry that i am in, but with the poor service i have experienced so far from the contact centre and 8ta as an ISP i will rather take my business elsewhere.

Sad, expected more from u!
