STILL WAITING FOR MY LINE TO BE REPAIRED

I have logged a fault last Saturday for ADSL not working. A technician came on Sunday and confirmed that there was a line fault and that he will repair it on the day. On Sunday afternoon my telkom phone line has become disconnected as well. So can't use internet or make phone calls. Everyday I call and request someone get back to me with feedback and I am not recieving any feedback on when this will be repaired. I run a home based internet business and require the Internet to function. Subsequently since my business can't stop working I have already incurred over R7000 in bills for using cellular networks to continue to run my business. On 2 occassions the contact centre agents I spoke to were disinterested in my situation and told me there was nothing they could do - I hope this is not part of the customer service training at the contact centre. I need this matter resolved urgently or I have not choice but to close my account at Telkom and go elsewhere. Please help.
