Not suspended but payment demanded

This contract is a business contract, I been without my business phone for more than 8 days due non or improper communication

My debit details was given over to 8ta many times and they have failed to load it,
I have made arrangements with the company banker to honour all debit order due to late payment from our client side, Because 8ta never updated this I could not do a simple sim swop even though the account was not even suspended.

Having my business line off has caused me not be in contact with my client (whom most of them are in other provinces) and made it difficult for me not only to chase up payments but keep communication with my clients

I moved to 8ta Business, but it seems as its focused on their business rather than the consumers
Payment are demanded in order to do a sim swop where the account is not even suspended,
I made payment yesterday, went into the Canal walk store, a nice guy Christo helped me and escalated the matter . when I called in to the call centre now, the agent Kurt Klasse tells me he cant help me I must drive to the branch to sort it out

business mobile should focus keeping your business up and running, not sabotage you
