Acc suspended with a paid bill

Friday the 18th my business line went off. Upon phoning Telkom i was told that my acc is in arreas and is suspended. Yet my acc was paid due to date and equiped with my proof of payment i phoned again and was holding and holding listerning to boring music only to be answered by a rude call centre agent who ended up putting the phone down onto my ears. Numeras calls were attempted again with several times phone being dropped onto my ears..Only on Tue a technician came tested and told me that my acc has been suspended..Two days later another technician came and told me that my no (017 811 4717) is not mine, or has been given to someone else..Later phoned the call centre again and was told that the acc has not been suspended and yet my phone is not working and the tecnicians are telling me that my no does not exist. This is a business line and i have lost income bcoz of this. For the past full week i have been sent from pole to pillar with no one seeming to know wats happenin or just dont wanna help. Does Telkom have Directors or CEOs bcoz nobdy seem to be in a position to help me
