Bad services on billing Query not being resolved

On receiving sms for December 2013 stating payment has not been received and line will be suspended, or I will be handed over and blacklisted, I phoned call centre which informed me that payment was received on the 2nd but agent was arrogant and not reporting my problem properly. On several occasions in the past my payment was confirmed, but still the line has been suspended and that after I have used the correct reference number and e-mailed prove of payment as well. Then I have to redo everything and battle for about a week to get the line connected again. So I really want to get out of this contract after battling from February 2013 with the same problems over and over again and now had enough. Peter please help me because I was in the services industry for many many years and cannot belief that consumers can be treated this way and that service industries can get away with bad services like this.

When phoning the call center some agents are bad mannered and refer problems to back office who never contact us and there is no way for myself to contact anyone but the call center agent. There is also no answer at the toll free number given in sms. What now?
