Unauthorized payment deduction by afrihost

Automatic notification from my bank informs me that R103 was paid to Afrihost (read unlawfully withdrawn by Afrihost) on 19 October. I signed up for the R145/month package which gets paid/ deducted on the first of the month. This recent kind of deduction is illegal. Another ethically questionable practice involved "crediting" my account instead of just paying my money back to me. This second issue relates to a mistaken purchase I made of a DSL data deal. They cancelled my erroneous contract but refuse to refund my R45!! These are contraventions of the NCA and I intend to escalate this matter to the authorities.
