I received a sms stating that my account is overdue, which it is not. I always pay my instalments (plus more) before the due date. My Nov 2012 payment of R413.85 was due on/before 03 Dec 2012. I made a payment of R750.00 on 26 November 2012 towards this particular instalment. After the due date for my Nov 2012 payment which was 03 December 2012, I made a payment of R2 600.00 towards my Dec 2012 instalment, due date 02 January 2013. The date for this payment was 07 Dec 2012. Obviously and logically this payment could not be for Nov 2012 as the cut-off date for the Nov 2012 payment was the 3rd of the December 2012 and I did make payment. I now receive sms's stating that my account is overdue and I am going to be blacklisted. Please employ people that are not imbeciles and who understand the basics of payment due dates. If a payment is made before the due date, then obviously you are not in arrears. I also did not make the Dec 2012 payment within the cut-off date for the Nov 2012 payment, thus you cannot argue that both payments went towards the same month. You better clear my credit record if anything is listed and sort out your nonsense; alternatively employ people with half a brain
