My husband upgraded his cellphone contract in November 2012. As part of the new agreed deal, he would get a 75mb data bundle included. This bundle was never activated. He first queried this on 17 November and finally, after numerous (I mean numerous...) complaints the data bundle was activated on 31 May 2013. Note that he had been billed for his full contract EVERY MONTH since Nov 12, in spite of not having had access to the data.

Then I was promised a refund for the value of the 75mb he lost out on from Nov 2013 to now. When the refund was calculated, we refunded for a bit of GPRS usage in Nov 2012 - the bit of data used before he realised the bundle had not been activated. So Autopage will only refund us for data actually used on a bundle that was never activated -?!
I am tired of explaining the problem over and over again to the same ineffective customer service and credit control people who seem to be unable to appreciate the issue.
My husband stopped using his phone alltogether, and stopped paying his subs in a desperate bid to get some resolution. Any response? No. They don't care. They just hard lock your account and keep taking your money.
