1 Year and line still not working

Hi,

I cant remember when I got my line proberly last year February, the instalment is deducted each month and out of all that time my line has worked for all of 3 months. You are quick to deduct but not quick to resolve the problem that is from your side. The technition came out in the past about 5 time for the same problem. I dont not have time to log a fault about the same thing over and over as I actually have a day job so that you can deduct money and since the line doesnt work at home I cannot do so from the comfort of my home. I think its pathetic that you actually think you are doing us a service when there is absolutely none. It is shocking. I logged a fault again last month and a few days later get a sms to say its resolved then money gets deducted a day later cause its month end, I go home and the line is still not working. I expect a call from a manager or someone who will resolve this and I expect to get my money back for all the months it hasnt worked and i dont care whether i have logged or not because my day job is not to sit and log a fault once a MONTH. I will take this further.
