Damaged Phone and poor service

I purchased a new contract blackberry bold 9790 from Vodacom and was informed that if I am not happy with the product I have 14 days to return it. On the 5th of March i contacted Vodacom Direct After Sales and informed them the phone is faulty as I have to charge my phone between 3 - 6 times a day and that the phone gets extremely hot even when not in use. I was informed that I am still in my 14 day return period and that the phone would be collected and I will be handed a new phone at the same time and that Delivery would take between 3 -5 working days. today i contact Vodacom Direct after sales to enquire on the progress of delivery just to be informed that I have to take the blackberry to the nearest Vodacom shop despite the fact the phone was purchased on contract through the Vodacom Direct store and I informed them about the fault within the 14 day return period. Getting throught to an agent is useless as I was on hold for an hour without getting any response as all. This is by far the worst service ever and will now demand a manager to contact me as soon as possible.
