BILLING ME FOR A PHONE I DONT HAVE

The Service reseceived from MTN is disgusting. how do you treat your client this way. From 2011 I have been paying for a phone that was never delivered to me yet alone used. I have spoken to som many consiltants and managers I have even been to MTN The Glen and was assured by a Kyle/Gavin that the phone will be delievered no later than 6/03/2013 and he gave me ref nr. I logged 2 calls for managers to call me back in the 18/02/2013 and to date NO ONE HAS CALLED. It is so concerning that i have been pushed from pillar to post and the Staff at Mtn Stores and Call Centre couldnt care less. When I called Gavin he told me to phone the Call Centre as he has already made notes on the system and they (call centre staff) should have actioned it and delivered my phone, BUT when I called this morning the agent advised me that their is no escaltion logged and they dont pick up that i was supposed to even get a phone. The agent then put me on hold and never even gave me her name. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes without knowing if the agent was even going to come back to the phone so I then I cut the call. From September 2011 to date i have been billed R1113.00.
