Disgusting service smart phone not collected

I ordered a phone through FNB the phone was delivered on the 31 May was not happy with this so i called them on the 04 June to collect the phone, no one able to assist me, i have been calling everyday since the 4th to have this device collected as i had a 7 day cooling off period. everyday a consultant tells me a manager will call me back and not one call back from a manager disgusting service. they keep me on hold of so long i am the one who is calling. i was promised a call back from Gloria, natasha and Cherese still no call back for 2 weeks. how disgusting, what a mickey mouse company no one in the call centre can assist they promise call backs and yet they cant even call back. i am so dissapointed in the service of FNB i think i will just cxl all my accounts with them. not an email not an sms not a call back. i dont want this phone. its almost as if they are ignoring me so that they can charge me for the phone. how shrude how low and cunning. i have never dealt with a worse call centre ever the agents are uneducated when it comes to their product the managers have no respect to call a customer back. Istill have your phone that i dont want. come fetch it. and dont debit my accou
