Ad service from call centre to management

26/10/2012 real people took my phone in for softwear upgrate, my phone was sent back to me on the 07/12/2012 with incorect names ans they took it back. since then i have been calling their call centre in rusternburg to find out where is my phone and I have been told that the phone will be delivered to me soon and it even got to a point were i was told that its my responsibility to call and ask them when will they deliver my phne not them having to call me and keep me posted. i was told that the couriers have been saying that they calld me & cant get hold of me & I told them that no one has called me and that happened several times and I ended up asking for the manager/supervisor and they put me through to another call centre agent pretending to be the "supervisor" and 3 weeks back when I called the real team leader was suprised to learn about his agents pretending to be him. on that day it was said that the couriers said they called me but when they were called they did not know what the agent was talking about yet that person was the one who wrote on the system that she called me &could not get hold of me. till today im still waiting n i told them im going on leave I need my phone
