8ta cellphone by call centre agent

I got offered a phone by a call centre agent at 8ta in late 2011 and at that point there where no 8ta outlets. i accepted the offer over the phone which was not wise and upon delivery i realised its not the phone i want, it was a Some model of a nokia, reported to be faulty by a lot of people. i treid to return it with no luck since there was no stores, eventually i took it Marshalltown at Telkom and they to sent it back to call centre and i didn't have details of the call centre agent who had offered it to me. i still have the phone sealed and waiting for them to come collect it since they delivered but the only thing they did was to threaten to blacklist me. i cant return to any of their shops because they refuse to take it. this was horrible service at its best.
