MTN adim for contract line is useless

I called on the 6 March at 08:30am and requested a statement, the consultant advised it will be sent out within in 15mins, no statement received! then i called again today the 07 March, at 09:00am, which is 24hours later. the consultant tells me, i must wait another 24 hours but i just did wait 24 hours! then the consultant says, within the next 30mins i'll receive it, it is now over 3 hours later and i still haven't received a statement!! the MTN stores don't print statements, they advise you to call 808, but 808 is to suspend a line, not to speak to some1, then you must call 173, they put you through to wrong number and then you get transferred further, it's ridiculous all i need is a statement to be emailed. I suggest that they fire all the people working in their admin and rather put computers in there, computers will process quicker, if MTN needs IT solutions to make it happen, contact me, i'll design some programs for them to use.
