My mom paid R3000 on my behalf on my account on the 12th of July and i requested a statement the day afterwards to see what i still have outstanding on my account. Some1 came back to me saying that i will receive a statement the following week. The next Monday i followed up on my statement and once again some1 replied saying i will receive a statement within the following week. And once again that Monday i followed up on my statement and the person said i will receive it the following week. Then i emailed muhammed and informed him about my query and that i haven't received a statement since the 12th of July and then he told me that i can only expect my statement on the 12th of august where i normally receive it every 1st of the month! I desperately want to close my account but absolutely NO ONE seems to want to sends me a statement?? Personally i think this is absolutely ridiculous and extremely unprofessional!!
