Telkom confused and easy scheduled transfe

Logged an easy task: Please transfer my number and adsl on a certain future date (months time in future).

Some how this caused confusion.
Firstly they logged the date incorrectly, with a month. Thankfully a nicely lady from their side phoned me about this to confirm, and it got sorted out.
After this however things went super bad. When I got home the next day everything was disconnected. Now I have to phone using my mobile to let them know they. Their reply... the cancel request was accidentally logged for the wrong date. Holding for another xx minutes they let me know there is some problem fixing it on the system and a technician needs to be dispatched.

Days later still nothing has happened. Their system initially let me know there is fault on my line. Like I did not know that.
This week however, their automated call centre just disconnects my call when it is about to list the status.

Telkom better not hope I'm going to pay for this lack of service from their side. Can't believe they are still in business.
