Poor service

I am not happy with the afrihost service. My ADSL line has been down for a week. When I first reported the call, the call centre agent forgot to log the call with Telkom. I had to call back 2 days later to have it official logged. Each day I keep getting pointless emails from the call centre that a telkom technician has been dispatched but with no date or time when it will be resolved. I personally regret moving my ADSL line from Telkom to Afrihost. Afrihost should only manage the ISP side and not the ADSL line itself. From the Afrihost SLA performance to date on managing the ADSL line itself they do not seem to have a SLA with Telkom that is adhered to. At least with Telkom they can tell you which day the Technician will dispatched (even if its two weeks, at least your expectation of commitment is met).
