No response in more than a week

I went in on Saturday 5 January, Adam helped me. I lost my phone prior to that and wanted to submit a claim to 24 Hour Mobility Insurance. He filled in the form and said since it's Saturday, the form will only be processed on Monday by the insurance. Thursday came, no response.. I went in and Adam wasn't there, so another consultant helped me. He submitted a complaint to his manager and to Adam. He said I will be contacted the next day. Today is Monday 14 January and I still haven't heard anything from Mtn.

I tried calling the store but the number is constantly busy. I can't go in every day to complain, but I shouldn't have to, since that's not why I pay Mtn every month. I understand that the Insurance company may be the one taking their time, but any update from Mtn would be fine. This is unacceptable and would like to get a response as soon as possible.
