ADSL Not working

We are a business using Telkom ADSL. Our connection went down on 03/10/2013. We phoned the call centre and Theunis tried to re-connect, but without any success. He logged a fault with ref 448CWK031013. About half an hour later Danford called to confirm the fault and the ref and he assured us that a technician will be sent to rectify the problem. Until today, we have not received any feedback or help. We phoned 3 times since Monday - only response ''...we'll mark the fault as urgently..."
I phoned at 11h00 this morning and was talking to Robeshne (after holding the line for about 20min) - she tried to test everything from her side, but I was cut off while she was busy testing everything.
This is very bad!! We are very dissatisfied with this service. This is a new telephone/ADSL line that was installed on 02/07/2013 - during this 3 months we had a lot of problems. 1. Line was suspended before the due date for payment; ADSL not working - had to phone 3 times on one day to get it fixed again. 2. Account up to date - still got sms urging us to pay otherwise we will be suspended! Amount for "Contract forfeit" second month?? New account?? BAD!! 3. ADSL down!???
