ADSL line transfer - cannot provide service

In March 2013 we already logged a request to transfer an existing ADSL line to a new premises.
The scheduled date was for the 4th of April.
On the 3rd, they at least call to confirm it, but never did it on the 4th.
When we called them to find out what the status is, they claimed they were not aware of a line transfer?? Duh...
Another call was logged again and a new date, this time the 9th of April was scheduled.
Guess what, they never came to do the installation!
When we escalated, they claimed no port was available and after a daily follow up with them, they evetually confirmed they will install the line on the 17th of April.

I called them now for the 2nd time today, and they said they cant do the installation, no specific reason, but also no feedback from them!!

Telkom really with their pathetic service
