Good day
We transferred our phone in January 1213. Telkom offered us a free portable phone as part of a promotion deal.
We never received a phone, due to no stock. We reported our request to Telkom Galleria. They took our details and never contacted us.
2 Weeks later I queried at Telkom Galleria. They said they are still waiting for stock. I went back for the third time, still no stock. I emailed a complaint to Telkom Still no reply.
Two months later and still no reply from nobody. Today I tried phoning the branch, they do not answer the phone.
