Cell C has the worst service in SA - stay away!

I don't know what to do to get any feedback from Cell C, hopefully this works...

I asked Cell C to cancel my contract in Nov 2012 already after it expired. They kept on deducting R299 a month until Feb 2013. I don't know how many hours I have spent on the phone waiting for an operator on my expense, just for them to tell me that they will call me back in three working days (they haven't called me back once). Even the supervisors doesn't bother to give feedback after begging them in email after email to let me know what is going on. They promised me a refund but I have no hopes of that happening - the customer service is /10.

This all happened after 11 months of paying R299 a month without the use of my contract because I had no reception where I stayed. They refused cancelling my contract even if I had no reception.

If you are thinking of using Cell C as your provider, don't. You will regret it.
