Terrible Service at Cell C Sandton City

I recently opened a cellphone contract with Cell C, Sandton City and I have virtually no reception at home. I have reported this to Cell C and they made me fill out a complaint form and promised to call me back (on the same number that has no network reception!). After not hearing from them for a few days I decided to call them and they said that they would have it fixed within 72 hours. That never happened and I had to call them back. They now say that they have no idea how long it will take to fix the problem and that if I cancel my contract I will have to pay a heavy cancellation fee.

Stay away from Cell C and spare yourself a huge headache.
