Giving rong info causing sim card close

I toock an contrack out frome vodacom on october and they had to debite order on it and December I phone because no debte came of they informed that they toock rong bank details dawn and it was their fault and sins that time all the info the gave me wasent right I phone everymont for them to make tings right but everytime I was givin rong info antil my sim card was closed completely and at the end of it al they informed that their ajust to blamed for the rong billing details and I'll have to pay for the reopening of a new acount and that theyl pay for the sim card but ones again the rong info was giving again and naw I'll have to pay that also. At the end of the day I traid my best but I'm naw at fault and have to pay for everyting that is not right. Can u help me with my account
