Order delivered top wrong address

Good day

please assist i place an order on line and the order was delivered to a rong adress. Which home choice advised me to write a affidavit and send it to them which i did and now my account with them is on arrears and affecting my creditn profile as i cannot pay for the order which i never received. Please assist in this matter.
