Incorrect Billing never dealt with

I ported to MTN from Cell C in December 2010. I signed up for the iPhone promotion which included R200 airtime and 150MB data per month for around R430 per month. However, the bundles of airtime and data were not loaded onto my account. As a result I was charged out of bundle rates for all calls and data usage. My monthly phone bill was thus between R600 and R1, 000 higher than it was supposed to be for several months. When I queried it, the data bundles were loaded and my phone bill came down to normal levels. However nothing was done to rectify the backdated billing. I have been struggling with this issue since November 2011 and everybody at MTN is giving me the runaround. A call centre operator named Hloni told me that he would submit a billing query back then but never did. Now the accounts and billing department keep saying that the query is too old and they can't do anything about it. This is unacceptable and MTN is blatantly my money. I have visited their shops in Canal Walk to try and resolve the matter, but nothing. I expect better and will be moving back to cell c.
